My name is Cedric Beidatsch. I am a semi retired short order cook in Perth, Western Australia.

I want to help some of the thousands upon thousands of refugees pouring into Europe escaping war in the Middle East, especially Syria.

Most of these people first enter Europe via Greece, often in dangerous boat trips across the Aegean sea and arrive wet, cold, hungry and lost. Across the Greek Islands, many volunteer kitchens have sprung up to feed these people when they land, kitchens reliant on volunteers, donations and fundraising.

I can cook. I can help. I want to go to Greece and work in one of these kitchens for a few weeks. around the middle of 2016. To do that I need airfare. some money for my own necessities and some money to replace my income while I am gone so my family can eat too! That's why I am asking for YOUR help to raise this cash. Any surplus I will donate to the refugee charities in Greece.
