Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Theta Alpha Sigma Alumni Chapter has served the Jordan downs community by putting on a Toy Giveaway for the children in the community for over 20 years now.

 

 

In conjunction with organizations such as the Housing Authority for the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Jordan Downs Resident Advisory Council, Top Dawg Entertainment, USC, and Coach for Kids, we have been able to come to together and support the hundreds of kids and families within the community with toys. Even through a pandemic in 2020, all the amazing organizations were still able to come together and go door to door, delivering toys to each and every child in the Jordan Downs community, while still taking all the necessary COVID-19 health precautions. It was an amazing accomplishment!!!

Please help us once again make this Christmas season bright for the children in the Jordan downs community by making a financial contribution to the toy giveaway. This year our team is aiming to support over 700 children with toys. All funds raised will go to purchasing bulk toys. Our target age range of the kids in the community is infant to 12 years old.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: So that we can begin purchasing Toys, if you can please make any and all donations by Friday, November 5th that would be very helpful. The cutoff on financial donations is November 30th.
