Tour de Tine

In July 2020, my legendary cousin Justine (Tine) suffered an unexpected  cardiac arrest, and then spent the next four days in an induced coma. Tine's kids Kyan and Hudson saved her life performing CPR, and then had to endure the hardest time in their life waiting to hear if their mum would make it. Justine is the last person you would expect this to happen to - she's young, very strong and fit as a fiddle which is why she survived.
 
Recovering from this ordeal has been tough on Tine. She works in the fitness industry, so not only is she not able to work while in recovery, COVID-19 has made life challenging for her family.

I would like to raise some money to help Tine and her family get through this tough time. This money will help Tine get back on her feet and provide some support in these uncertain and financially stressful times. 

I plan to ride my bike for 24 hours non-stop, which will be hard but nothing like what this family has been through. Tine is known for her determination and strength, and I would like to show her mine. As I can't ride outside, this will be on the virtual platform Zwift, so others can join me online and help me get through the 24 hours. I will be riding from 12pm (midday) Saturday September 5th to 12pm (midday) Sunday September 6th. I'll be live streaming the event, and in true Ben Tampion style there will be a number of costume changes to keep the audience entertained.
