Why We Started Tour de 4

When we launched Tour de 4 last year, it was something deeply personal to me. Following my Stage 4 cancer diagnosis, I wanted to create an event that would shine a light on what life can look like after diagnosis and show that it is possible to live well, stay active and find joy alongside this challenge. The response was overwhelming. So many people shared their stories, offered support and took part, whether riding, donating or cheering others on. The sense of community, strength and hope was truly inspiring.

Building on Last Year’s Success

In 2026, I hope we can build on that momentum and reach even more people. Tour de 4 is more than a ride. It is a growing movement that shows people living with Stage 4 cancer, and everyone who loves them, that they are not alone and that there is still so much life to be lived. My dream is to see as many people as possible take part in whatever way they can, raising money for the cancer charities that mean the most to them.

Where Your Support Goes

All funds raised will be managed by GoFundMe.org.uk and granted to the selected UK cancer charities for 2026: Macmillan, Breast Cancer Now, Prostate Cancer UK, Cure Leukaemia and Maggie’s. Every donation will help support people living with Stage 4 cancer across the UK. Please donate or share to help us continue growing this movement of hope, strength and community.
