Tour de Conamara cycle for cancer support
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of ARC Cancer Support Centres and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
I am cycling 80 km on 24 May across the scenic bogs and hills of Connemara, starting and ending in Clifden. This was a late and impulsive decision driven by my love of the West of Ireland and motivated by my 13 year old niece who is currently undergoing treatment for bone cancer. She is a true warrior and has inspired me to raise some funds for ARC.
ARC Cancer Support Centres provide psychological, emotional, educational and practical support in a warm and welcoming environment to people with cancer and those who care for them. They offer support needed to enhance coping skills and improve quality of life. Services are confidential, professional and caring, and are provided free of charge.
