Want to join me in making a difference? I’m completing an 8 hour endurance infinity tough mudder course with 5 mates to raise money to benefit Survivors Unite, our mates Lewis and Dane will also be completing the 5k course on the same day, any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

More information about Survivors Unite: We work alongside adults aged 16 plus affected by childhood sexual abuse in the Scottish Borders to provide safe support and understanding so that people can heal and flourish. Our Safe Oaks project is based in a Children 1st trauma recovery service based in Selkirk where all staff are friendly, welcoming and understand the effects of abuse and trauma. Our support is free and confidential, and your safety is our priority.
