Tony's Recovery: Help Rebuild Their Future

Hi! My name is Kae, and my fiancé is Tony. We are getting married in August 2025, but due to some unexpected life events, we are in need of help.

In December 2024, Tony developed an ulcerative colitis flare-up. He went to the ER three times in December, and the fourth hospital visit in January 2025 resulted in an emergency colectomy surgery, resulting in an ostomy.

During this time, Tony had to take a medical leave from work, use all of his available PTO, and all of his FMLA hours. This time in our lives really drained our small amount of savings, while also getting prepared to get married this coming summer.

Our family consists of four kitties, ranging from 18 months to 11 years. They have been the best home nurses we could ask for while Tony was recovering, but they also don't contribute to the house, so it's been a struggle.
