Tony Dipaolo Funeral

Hello everyone ❤️

This week has been an extremely hard week for us, a part of our extended family has suddenly passed away. If you have ever been/ate in our restaurant, you most likely have seen Tony in there hanging out with us or helping us fix something. No words can describe how much he is missed by the neighborhood. If you knew him or met him in passing, he was what made our neighborhood feel safe and welcoming. To us, he was our best friend, an extension of our family since we have no other relatives here in the states. Tony was always there to lend a hand whatever it was and to whoever it was. He was the person in the neighborhood we would call if we had problems in the restaurant or if someone’s car had broken down on our block, he would always be the first to come running to help and he never asked for anything in return no matter how much we tried and from what little he had, he always gave. So we wanted to take this opportunity to try to give back countless of good deeds he gave to us, and to everyone in this neighborhood all these years.

This gofundme will be specifically for his funeral costs so that his wife, Jenny, can have some stress lifted from her as we share in her grief. We hope to raise money before his funeral so we can surprise her. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, if you can donate or share we would appreciate anything!

My favorite Photo of Tony & Jalilah, He loved her and all the kids who grew up on this block. Every so often Jenny would make pancakes and he would drop it off in the Resto especially for her. Whenever he went to Bjs or Acme (His two favorite places to go besides Cabella & the mountains) He would always bring us fruit or some type of food!

One day when we were renovating the restaurant, we realized our car couldn't carry all the heavy tiles we got, we tried calling several people but Tony was the one who came to our rescue! He always came to the rescue.

Whenever he saw that we needed help, he was *always* there.

When the restaurant finished renovating, they wanted to celebrate Christmas with us and brought so much food! We never grew up with grandparents but they are the closest we had to one. They never let us miss any of our shows on tv and always had a viewing party at their place when it aired bc they had cable and can record!

Thank you Tony for always reminding us to slow down & enjoy life and for everything you have done for us. We miss you dearly.
