Hello,
I will be running in the 2026 Tokyo Marathon on March 1st as a part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star challenge. My goal is to complete all six of the original Major Marathons: London, Boston, Berlin, Chicago, New York, and Tokyo! I have completed Boston and London, and most recently New York last November.
I am thrilled to be running for Ronald McDonald House Charities Japan. Ronald McDonald House was there for my family when I was a child watching my brother battle leukemia. I am happy to have found a charity to raise money for and secure an entry into the race!
Ronald McDonald House provides lodging and support to families of seriously ill children receiving medical treatment at nearby hospitals. It serves as a "home-away-from-home," offering a comfortable and supportive environment for families, often at little to no cost. This helps families stay together and focus on their child's health during a difficult time.
