Together We Can Make A Smile
Donation protected
Edit:
After the consultation it has been determined that the best course of action is to start with braces and move to getting implants when she is done growing likely at around 18. with that in mind it drops the goal down to $8,000!
I appreciate everyone that has donated so far!

Hello There,
My Name is Hal & those of you who know me know that I don't ask for help. Unfortunately however this need is bigger than something I alone can fix. Three years ago I became an instant grandfather of three. A job I take very seriously & this ask is for my 14 year old granddaughter, Emma. Emma is generally a very happy teenager, however if you were to see her in a family photo or even those with her friends you would not be able to see the light that shines within her. In every family photo no matter how much fun she is having the best you will get is a grin. So here is where the ask comes in. Unfortunately, Emma faces some pretty extensive dental issues. Her “cuspid” teeth, the ones that surround her front teeth, sometimes considered canine teeth, have come in wrong. Through various dental visits, it has been determined that she doesn’t have any adult ones to follow, thus these teeth have pushed her front teeth either forward or to the side, making this sweet girl ashamed to smile. The procedure to correct this and give this beautiful young lady a smile that she is not ashamed to let show costs $12,000 dollars and is not covered by insurance because it is not a “threat” to her health, but considered merely cosmetic. It seems that insurance companies have become blind to "Quality of Living". I am hoping to raise enough so that I can afford to match the amount donated and give Emma a smile she can be proud of. I know that financially this is often the worst time of year and I do apologize for the timing however the longer this waits the worse it will get and naturally the more expensive it will become. Even small amounts when combined can make a big difference. Thank you for hearing me.
