Hi Everyone,

As many people across Runcorn may have already heard, a tragic accident took place yesterday involving a young 13 year old boy being struck by a bus. This young boy happens to be a very close friend of my step son, also a boy who has played for my grassroots football team since a very young age.

Unfortunately, this young boy remains under the care of Alder Hay Hospital in a critical, life threatening condition.

We, as a football family are looking to generate as much money as physically possible to help the family in any way we can, during this heartbreaking time, while close family remain by his bedside.

Alder Hay Hospital have set the family up in a RMHC for the foreseeable. This, unfortunately does not relieve the family of financial strains during this time. This is where we can help...

I have purposely left names out and visibility limited to the boys family, all to relieve them of any further pressures while they navigate their way through this tragic time.
