Together for Yoav - A Family's Fight for Healing

Dear cherished family and friends,

On behalf of the Tzivoni family, we formed this campaign as a way to help them with their challenging situation.

This campaign is a simple way to directly support them, if you are called to do so.

This is their message:

We are deeply humbled by the amount of people who want to help and are asking how.

As many of you know, in recent weeks, our world turned upside down. Our dear sweet brother, was critically injured while fighting in combat against terrorists during the war in Israel. Each day and night, as he bravely battled for his life, our family clung to hope, praying fervently for his recovery.

After 17 days in ICU, thanks to exceptional medical care and the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from all over the world, our strong and brave brother began to get better, and thankfully is no longer in the grasp of life-threatening danger. This is a miracle we cherish deeply, a glimmer of hope in a time that seemed to hold none.

However, the road ahead of us is long. Our brother lost one of his legs and suffers from other injuries. He enters a daunting journey of recovery, relearning to navigate life under drastically changed circumstances. Although the IDF and Israeli government are providing necessary medical support, we as his family need to be by his side to help him get better.

In order to be there for our brother and our parents, who are by his side 24/7, we need to travel back and forth from the USA to Israel, leaving our work and families behind. Our hope is to take turns so there is continuous physical/emotional support from one of us with him at all times, which will also relieve some of the burden from our parents. This commitment means significant sacrifices for our family, including travel expenses and loss of income as we take turns being by his side.
