Hi Everyone,

I have organized this GoFundMe on behalf of my cousin, William Hayes (aka Bill, Billy). On August 14, 2025, my cousin was in a severe motorcycle accident involving a tractor-trailer. William has already undergone two surgeries and will require more due to the extent of injuries endured.

William is a father of a young son and was just recently engaged (two weeks ago, to be exact) to his fiancé, Robin. What was and should be an exciting time for his family has quickly shifted to a place of uncertainty. William faces a lengthy hospital stay, post-op rehabilitation, and a long road to recovery.

I have decided to start this fundraiser as a way to ease the financial burden and stress on my cousin and his family, so they can focus on what matters most: his health and a full recovery.

William has worked extremely hard prior to this unfortunate accident and will be out of work for an unforeseen amount of time.
