Together for wellbeing Northampton.

Hello my name is Andy and I’m a general gardener and handyman. Having through out my entire life having to battle my own mental health, I’m lucky enough to to be in a position where I can hopefully support other young men with their battle with mental health. With this in mind and with what I do for work, I’ve decided to volunteer at a men’s mental health charity called Together for wellbeing Northampton. The house in which these lovely people live have a garden that has so much potential with no funds or anyone to do anything with it. Now gardening can be a great way to relieve stress, having animals, sports equipment, games, growing plants/veg can all help with mental health. My plan here is to create and maintain a beautiful garden. One which I will then invite various people within the complex to help or engage with what I’m doing. Where planting and growing herbs and veg might help one patient, building a bird feeder might appeal to another. So I ask you could anyone help reach my goal of £1000 to get us some plants, building materials, sports equipment and literally anything and everything I can get to support these lads in there time of need.
