Todd Needs Us: A Stroke Survivor's Plea

In 2022, my brother Todd Foote’s life changed dramatically. He suffered a debilitating stroke that left him with no use of his left side. This devastating event has taken away much of his independence and ability to perform the duties required at his job. As a result, Todd has been unable to work and has exhausted his savings trying to make ends meet.

Now, Todd is facing an urgent crisis. He needs to find a new place to live by January 31, and without reliable transportation—his car recently broke down—his situation has become even more dire. While Todd has applied for disability assistance, the approval process is slow and uncertain. There’s no guarantee of when or what kind of support might come through.

This is where we’re asking for your help. Todd is in immediate need of funds to cover basic necessities: a safe place to live, food on the table, and temporary support to bridge the gap until he can secure disability benefits.

Todd has always been someone who showed up for others. Whether it was lending a hand or sharing a laugh, he’s brought joy and kindness to so many lives. Now, he needs our support to get back on his feet.
