I hope this message finds you well. Today, I come to you with a humble heart and a request for prayers and support for my brother, Jose. He is currently battling kidney failure, and he has been undergoing hemodialysis treatments in Mexico.

Unfortunately, despite the medical care he has been receiving, his condition remains critical, and the medical expenses are overwhelming. Jose has been in and out of clinics, and the costs for his ongoing treatments are mounting quickly.
