Hi, I’m Toby! I’m a father and a proud resident of the Kester East neighborhood. Like many of you, I want to raise my children in a safe, beautiful community—one that feels welcoming, vibrant, and full of life.

I believe that a beautiful neighborhood is a safer, stronger, and more connected one. That’s why I’m continuing to raise funds to place vibrant planters along our streets, bringing fresh greenery and color to our community. These planters won’t just beautify our space—they’ll help calm traffic, create a welcoming atmosphere, and foster a sense of pride among neighbors.
