Great my name is James shinkle . I'm from Peoria il were there's not a lot of opportunities here with a lack of success. So I'm doing a inter city youth program I teach train and motivate individuals to have communication skills and sells skills.it is against drugs gangs and violence.were I show people to knock at front doors instead of kicking in back doors .
