Fundraiser for Repatriation of Late Sakshyam Dhungana

It is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of an unfortunate accident in Sydney on 14th August 2025, which took the life of Sakshyam Dhungana, a 23-year-old international student. Sakshyam came to Australia with big dreams for his future and his family, but this tragic accident has ended those dreams far too soon.

At the request and with the full consent of his family, particularly his mother Mrs. Mandhara Dhungana, we have initiated this fundraiser to repatriate his body to Nepal. After consulting with NRNA Australia, the estimated cost for the repatriation and related processes is AUD $15,000.

In this time of immense grief, we humbly request your support in fulfilling this final duty for Sakshyam—helping send him back home to rest among his loved ones. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference.
