To help Valentina Velikoivan
Donation protected
Hi my name Oksana, I live in Kansas City (Overland Park) and my mother’s only sister (my aunt) Valentina lives in Kiev. She has 2 sons (my 1st cousins) and one grandson (4 year old Igor).
She has been greatly impacted by the continuing conflict affecting the country for over 1 year now. She normally does manicure/pedicure and sub-rents apartments (like Air b&b) but since the start of the war her ability to support herself is critically reduced. Most of her clients left the country seeking safety and her daily rentals stay vacant for most of the month. She is 60 years old woman that raised two boys as a single mother and financial provider. Today in the current failing economy, getting through the pension request process could take years (Valentina requested her duly earned pension) and her ability to financially support herself is very limited. She can hardly afford life’s basic necessities and wants to be reunited with her sister Elena who lives in Kansas City (Missouri).
Out of the billions of funds that have been “sent” the common people have sadly not received a penny. The funds that you generously donate will be sent and distributed to help Valentina Velikoivan and her sons Alexander Velikoivan and Ignat Velikoivan to survive financially (pay for late rents, months worth of late bills) and to pay her way (papers, medical exams, plane tickets, etc) to come to the US as a refugee.
Thank you in advance.
May God bless your giving hand and heart.
