To help my sister who recently became blind

Hi my name is Stacey, my sister Jamie was blinded when a drunk driver t-boned her on March 17th.. since then Jamie has had no vision. The only thing she sees is thick fog. She has health insurance but it does not cover some of the things she needs like, the amniotic sac contacts are extremely expensive now she has to have her blood drawn in New Jersey so it can be shipped to another state to be turned into eye serum for her eyes. That also is not covered by insurance and it is something she has to have ASAP to try to help correct some of her vision. She also needs help w her day to day living needs. I have all but stopped working to care for her and we’ve used everything in our accounts. We are not ones to ask for help but we just don’t have any other options right now.
