1. Who will be overseeing the withdrawal of funds, into what bank account, and their connection to the individuals or organisation?
I (Taron Lee) will be overseeing the withdrawal of the funds. The funds will be withdrawn into my personal verified UK bank account, which is already connected to the GoFundMe. I am the organiser of this fundraiser and am directly connected to the farmers affected.
2. Who is responsible for the management of the funds (purchasing, distributing items, etc) and their relationship to the individuals?
I will be solely responsible for managing and distributing the funds. This includes collecting invoices or recovery bills from the farmers whose tractors were seized and making payments directly toward those costs, or reimbursing them once receipts are provided. I personally know the individuals affected, and they have already been in contact with me regarding their expenses.
3. Will the funds be used for supplies or money? How will they be distributed?
The funds will be used entirely as direct financial support, not for supplies. Distribution will work as follows:
Farmers will send proof of their costs (invoices, recovery bills, receipts).
Payments will be made directly toward those bills, or reimbursement will be issued if they have already paid out of pocket.
Funds will be split fairly and proportionately based on documented costs.
No organiser will receive any personal benefit from this fundraiser.
Any funds left over after all affected farmers have been supported will be donated as a 50/50 split between two farming charities:
The Farming Community Network (FCN)
RABI (Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution)
Both organisations are reputable UK farming charities that directly support farmers in times of hardship.
4. Timeline for the aid to be offered to individuals:
Distribution will begin as soon as funds are released and documentation is submitted by the affected farmers. I expect the full process to be completed within 7–14 days, depending on how quickly all invoices/receipts are received.
