Ava was excited to host a few friends over March Break, but unfortunately the night took a turn when someone damaged and removed her thermostat, along with causing damage to other items in her home. What was meant to be a fun and safe gathering has now left her with unexpected repair and replacement costs. Ava is a kind, responsible person, and this situation was completely out of her control.
