to help and free (para ayudar y liberar) a Deyvi

Hola. Mi nombre es Therma Avalo ( Daris)

Deseo explicarle el motivo por el cual estoy pidiendo ayuda.

Mi hijo se llama Deyvi ( 29 años. Deyvi tiene una condiccion especial, desde niño fue diagnosticado con Dyslexia, Depresión Aguda, Trastorno afectivo Mixto (Ataque de Pánico y Ansiedad).

Desde mayo del 2022 Deyvi está preso

por un delito que el no cometió.

Segundas personas usaron su carro y su condiccion mental para hacer algo fuera de la ley y lamentablemente el esta preso aún.

Ha sido un proceso muy largo, triste y doloroso y de muchos gastos para nuesrra familia .

Los costos para contratar un abogado son muy altos y no hemos podidos reunir el dinero para pagarle un abogado privado.

Lamentablemente los abogados de las cortes no ayudan mucho y es por esto que

estoy pidiendo esta ayuda para poder pagarle un abogado privado , el cual está cobrando $50,000 dolares para llevar el caso de nuestro hijo Deivi.

I want to explain why I am asking for help.

My son is Deyvi Delarosa (29 years old). Deyvi has a special condition, since he was a child he was diagnosed with Dyslexia, Acute Depression, Mixed Affective Disorder (Panic Attack and Anxiety).

Since May 2022 Deyvi has been in prison

for a crime he did not commit.

Second people used his car and his mental condition to do something illegal and unfortunately he is still in jail.

It has been a very long, sad and painful process and many expenses for our family.

The costs to hire a lawyer are very high and we have not been able to raise the money to pay for a private lawyer.

Unfortunately, the lawyers of the courts do not help much and that is why

I am asking for this help to be able to pay a private lawyer, who is charging $50,000 dollars to handle the case of our son Deivi.
