https://www.thegivingkitchen805.com WE are raising funds for Giving Kitchen Inc.

The Giving Kitchen, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering unity, addressing food insecurity, and supporting disabled and low-income individuals through compassionate community outreach. Its main focus is providing hot meals to qualified individuals. Based in Ventura County, The Giving Kitchen plans to provide essential health-informed support services, meal distribution via third-party apps or volunteer chefs, and administrative assistance to vulnerable residents facing food scarcity, disability, or social isolation. Through its Community Health Advocacy Services program, the organization also offers care coordination and resource navigation to help individuals access the services they need to thrive. This service will be provided by a pro bono Registered Nurse. Our mission is grounded in empathy, dignity, and equity, empowering communities, connection, and acts of kindness.

Key Focus Areas:
• Reducing food insecurity through prepared meal distributions, third-party vendors, or grocery delivery systems.
• Possible food pantry or collaborative works with food pantries.
• Supporting disabled and low-income individuals and/or their families.
• Providing health-informed care coordination and community resource navigation.
• Hosting inclusive community events to strengthen social support networks.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us uplift those who dedicate their lives to serving others. Join me in supporting Giving Kitchen Inc so that we can continue to provide vital assistance to those who need it most. Thank you for your generosity!

Transparency: Unfortunately, the co-founder passed away last year, leaving the nonprofit in limbo. We thought about dissolving our nonprofit, but after much criticism from non-believers and the dire need to feed our communities, we have reconsidered that option because our community needs us desperately.

We already met quorum and have re-established an executive board. We have updated our location; the last address was in a restaurant that is now closed. The statement of information has been filed with the state, IRS form 1023 filed. 501(c)(3) has been granted. Articles of Incorporation and CT-1 with the Attorney General have been sent. We can now legally start collecting donations, which are tax-deductible, to start obtaining business permits. We are planning on selling merchandise at a later time as well. We have secured an office location and most of our business will be virtual. For more information and updates, please visit our page. Even the skeptics are welcome to click on the link! Thank you to all who support us and even to those who continue to embarrass themselves trying to tear us down, you can't. Who knows, BINGO night may be a good fundraiser in the near future!!!
