To appeal to An Bord Pleanala

We are raising funds in order to pay for a planner to appeal Dublin City Council's decision to allow a 4 storey 42 apartment be built at site of CY Hall, 80 Philipsburgh Avenue.

Our reason for appealing is that it will allow building on public green space zoned Z9.

It will also rorce the closure of the creche that currently operates at this location and has no alternative venue and will be completely overbearing and overlooking all houses around it.
