Hi there, my name is Eric, I'm the proud dad of 5 amazing kids and the grateful husband to my beautiful wife Sarah. I'm reaching out to you in hope for some help for my family. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be here asking for help because I'm a very prideful man, but I have learned that sometimes that pride just has to be put aside. I'm seeking out $700 to help with rent so we don't get evicted this month.

I had started a good new job back at the end of May of this 2025 year, but my first day on the job, I was pulling tree logs and limbs down a wet hill in the rain, slid and broke my elbow trying to catch myself, putting me out of work. It being my first day with the company, I had no previous payroll time there so they couldn't pay me any workman's compensation, leaving us dry on income with very little savings. I got through my doctor appointments and decided to suck it up and just work through the pain. I got a low pay fast food job because it was quick and we needed it. I was able to work that job for a couple of months, but my manager finally noticed that Iz wasn't stretching my arm out full extension and asked what was up with my arm. I then had to explain that i had previously injured my arm but I was okay and working through it. He didn't accept that and told me that he couldn't go against my light duty requirement from the doctors, so he cut my hours way back until I had to find a different job. I started applying for different jobs and now I'm employed at a new car wash that is about to open, and we are currently doing clean-up work from the construction crew. I won't be getting paid for 2 more weeks and we only have part of the rent. We've had a rough summer of bills having received many notices of services cut and eviction. Until now, we've figured out ways to manage, but at this time we are in a hole that we just can't get out of and no family help. I have contacted same day pay jobs, I have contacted churches to ask for help, we have tried all the local community businesses that usually help with these types of situations, but everyone is saying their funds are low and they can't help at this time. I have gone door to door asking people if they need any help with anything. All strikes, I'm exhausted. I have a good paying job currently, but my paychecks will not start soon enough. Our vehicle is running on only 3 gears as the transmission is slipping and we had some work done on it recently and that garage didn't reset the ABS system when messing with the brakes, etc., so our brakes lock up if we run it too much and leave us stranded for hours at a time sometimes. I put my 4-year-old on my back and carried her the rest of the way home last week because the van locked up halfway back from picking her up from school.

We desperately need help. Please, Please, PLEASE help us. Even the smallest amounts will add up if multiple people will help. I don't want to lose my family and i don't want them evicted. Please help us.
