The Man Cave - A men's Mental Health Support Group

Hi, my name is Scott and I am the founder of The Man Cave, a men's mental health support group in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Our community has been running now for 1 year and we have grown from just a handful of men coming to our meetings to regularly seeing over 120 men a week! We now have meetings in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Bicester and we are soon opening Brackley, Buckingham and Aylesbury. Our mission is simple. We are looking to reduce male suicide by giving men a safe place to open up and talk about their feelings and what is going on their lives, help them find a community of people going through similar things and give them hope!

The funds will go to opening up more meetings in new locations so we can reach more men who are suffering with their mental health.
