TLC Children’s Home

This week is my half way point for volunteering with TLC and I have 6 weeks to go! TLC is a children’s home in Johannesburg, SA with 35 kids ages 0-11years! I love the precious bonds I have been able to make with the children, we have laughed together and cried together! I have learned a lot here about patience and loving people well. TLC has changed my life! At the end of March I have 5 days leave and my idea is to give back to a place that has shown me so much about life and what’s important. 

My goal is to bless as many children here as I can. I would love to take the children out on adventures seeing as they don’t get to leave very often. Maybe take them to the mall buy them shoes/clothes, amusement park, movies, trampoline park or zoo etc. A day to create special childhood memories. TLC has been in limbo this last year of closing, they depend heavily on urgent donations like: 

Diapers 

Wipes 

Milk 

Formula 

Snacks 

Clothes 

What I want to do is a fundraiser until March 10 and ask you to please consider partnering with me in creating a special day for the kids.
