I'm sure you've seen we're going through some changes in my family life recently, and after talking to mental health professionals and thinking about what's best for the kids, we've decided that we need to get separate spaces.

Our living styles aren't compatible, and we're in a loop of triggering each other. In the past weeks of trialing out living separately, we've seen a significant improvement in both of our abilities to regulate and parent.

We've found places that work with my budget, and I can easily cover rent for both places, but the application fees, security deposits, moving costs, and overlapping rents are more than I can source on my own. This is the final hurdle we need to overcome to be able to have a future that's sustainable.
