Hey everyone, as you know, the sudden passing of my Father on Aug 10th was unexpected. We lost a great Father, Grandfather aka "Lolo", Uncle and a best friend we could asked for. His passing was so unexpected that he did not have no living will made, so any of his estate, the State of Florida has the right to either repossessed it or can be distributed to his living relatives or children. The vehicle he had purchased was still under his name. We have discussed this as a family and I and both of my sisters have agreed and they are willing to let me have the vehicle without contesting against it.

Now, the legal way for me to have it, is that I have to come up with the cost for transferring the title from my father's name to mine and also the cost of tags and registration and the responsibility of the remaining balance of the lien... My father bought the vehicle new in 2021 and had been paying for it for the past 4 years and with less then a year left to pay it off. I cannot imagine the thought of losing the vehicle because of the memories we have built and his wish was to help me financially, so he gave the vehicle to me but there was no legal documents to prove it. If I don't have this completed by the end of October or I will lose any way of saving his car. With your help I can achieve this process and to have something my dad gave me which I truly cherished.
