Tip Jar 419: Barr's Public House Tipped Employees

Miller Diversified invites our fellow Toledoans to join us in supporting the tipped employees of Barr's Public House. The impact of COVID-19 on these lives has been great.
WHAT IS TIP JAR 419?
Tip Jar 419 is a digital tip jar... our way of saying thank you to the wonderful employees of our favorite local places, whose income is tip-based. We kindly ask you to show your support and gratitude by leaving a tip in the jar for the employees of Barr's Public House. When we reach our goal, we will release the funds to the tipped employees. Every penny raised will be given to the employees of this restaurant, who are not able to receive their usual tips at this time.
WHO RECEIVES FUNDS FROM THE TIP JAR?
The funds will go directly to the tipped employees of Barr's Public House. These individuals and their families are in a time of great need, and we have the power to make a difference. We've set a fundraising goal (which we hope to reach or exceed!), but we will be distributing funds to our recipients regardless of whether or not we hit our goal.
WHY WE CHOSE BARR'S PUBLIC HOUSE:
Barr's Public House is frequented by many of the Miller Diversified team members. Miller Diversified is also proud to have Barr's as a tenant, and wanted to go the extra mile to show the employees as much support as possible in this time of need.

The team at Miller Diversified organized this digital tip jar as part of our 100 Acts of Kindness in honor of 100 years in business. This digital tip jar is just one campaign of several for the tipped employees of local restaurants. It is Miller Diversified's hope that we can expand this initiative, and that others will step up to create their own digital tip jars for local restaurants all over.
We will be updating this page with our progress, and we will let you know when the funds have been released to the restaurant employees.
