Hello friends, so here is the latest. PETER LEE and WAVE keep filing notices they are appealing and asking for an extension each time to file their first brief and LOW AND BEHOLD IT"S BEEN OVER A YEAR!! NOw they have to file by end of April. I had to hire an appeals atty now since it finally seems like it will be in motion. The longer Peter drags this the bigger lawsuit i will have against him when I win this appeal too. For people who are curious here are the court case numbers and I will post the brief when they file it. Shannon is their attorney who said their law firm has an appeals department LOL yet she hires an appeals attorney outside their firm, make it make sense. They keep asking for extensions for over a year, can you believe the games they're playing? Well my attorney is on it and I will be hitting them with a slap back, malicious harassment lawsuit.

They had 60 days to file that they're going to appeal since April 17th, and wow a year later they finally have to file their brief. Talk about harrassing me and trying to drag this on.

JUNE 24, 2024 appeals take up to a year if not more. Thus need money for this appeal (up to 50,000) Yikes. I won the original lawsuit so Wave now has to pay my previous attorneys fees thank GOD. tHE Judge award my first attorney 61, 000 that Wave has to pay him. They put the money in an escrow account now. SINCE THEY ARE APPEALING, my first attorney doesn't get that money until i win the appeal. NOW I need funds to pay my appeals attorney. JUNE 17h, 2024, PETER LEE AND WAVE filed their appeal today the last day they could file an appeal. I figured he would and now I am hiring another lawyer to fight him on this.
APRIL 17rh, 2024 - I WON, I WON, I WON ANTI-slapp now just waiting to see if Peter Lee appeals and I will fight him on that too so it's not officially over.
Oh Peter Lee, you are the one who started this and took it to the press the day you served me at my comedy show. Fake Fox news his buddies at the LA local station begged me for a quote I gave them one and they said no one would understand what I'm saying so they would not use my statement. I guess HAL and the other reporters don't know hot use the urban dictionary.

TO SEE the VIDEO I posted on my TIKTOK page Nov 7th, 2023 that I was being sued for by Peter Lee of Wave for $250 THOUSAND DOLLARS, is below.
PETER LEE says I went too far, that I didn't have an appt and his receptionists were busy that's why I wasn't helped, LOL. It was walk ins welcome on their Yelp page when I walked in then goes and writes in court documents that I was helped, LOL um show the video then which they don't have and they said I was yelling at the 3 receptionists hurling profanities and giving them the middle figner LOL um... I wasn't and how convenient there's no audio or video of that. The only video is of me standing and waiting (for me felt like a lifetime to be ignored by three women).
PETER LEE, the 3 receptionists Tong Sunny Gao, Natacia Cruz and Alla Villabona (who all signed court declarations saying they suffered emotional distress from me and fearful to leave work that day) and the lawyer are all a part of maliciously harrassing me and I will post all the public court documents so you guys can see it and I will be suing all of them, you bettah berreeeb dat!

Help me defend my right to share experiences and amplify my voice. Please support my defamation lawsuit defense against WAVE Plastic Surgery, Peter Lee. He's suing me for $250 thousand dollars (I know it's ridiculous, the equivalent of suing a homeless person for their home) but that's what he's doing.
I'm embroiled in my own Kdrama ATP. I might not be an orphan but my dad has passed away and I'm all alone and poor but always happy living my best life. I will not let this bring me down nor ruin my spirit. It will only make me fight harder for myself and others. "FIGHTING"
I need enough funds to go all the way to trial if needed that's why it's $40, 000 so I can go all the way but depending on how the first part goes, hopefully I won't need that much.
For now I had to cough up thousands to start my fight against PETER LEE - the few thousand I saved from selling my Korea tips PDF guide to pay for my trip to Korea. Thus I am HOMELESS b/c of Peter Lee. I had to either pay rent or go to Korea and continue my life as I planned. I had to move out of my apartment bc of Peter Lee :/ because I can't pay my rent and continue content making. Forunatley, I have a friend who is letting me stay in her spare room before leaving for Korea but as I said I will fight back and need your support. I currently homeless bc of Peter Lee and I will definitely being suing him for doing this to me.
