Tiffany Antosz is an internationally recognized artist living in Canada. She lives with disabilities and is an outspoken disability community advocate.
This past year, Tiffany’s life took a devastating turn. Despite her advocacy and personal resilience, Tiffany’s health struggles and accommodation needs were dismissed by multiple medical systems. Her conditions and symptoms were misinterpreted by individuals in positions of authority who would not listen to her own lived experience. This led to Tiffany being involuntarily removed from her home and kept in hospital against her will. She was subjected to chemical restraints. Her mobility aids were removed. Her freedom, self-determination, and autonomy were restricted.
This GoFundMe campaign is dedicated to helping Tiffany get well and pursue justice. Funds will go toward essential medical treatments, legal support, and the resources required to rebuild her health and independence.
Tiffany is a powerful disability rights advocate. Her advocacy has had a positive impact on many communities. Now, she needs our support to continue.
