Tiffani's Transition to Peaceful Hospice Care

Dear Family, Friends and Kind Supporters,

Tiffani’s Fight has now transitioned to her journey into Hospice. She fought a courageous fight and wanted to live but her body just wasn’t strong and healthy enough to survive for a Liver Transplant. After much Consultation with her medical team and careful reflection as a family, we’ve made the very difficult decision to transition to Hospice Care.  This choice reflects our priority of making sure Tiffani is surrounded by peace, dignity, comfort and surrounded by love ones during this final chapter of her life. 

Funds raised through this campaign will now be directed toward:

•Hospice Support and Comfort Care

•End-of-Life planning and arrangements

We are heartbroken, but remain grateful for each moment we have. Your support-emotional,spiritual, and financial- has carried us through more than you know.
