Freezebury Challenge
This month 6 of us (Sadhbh, Kate, Aoife, Adam, Cian and Eoghan) will be raising money in aid of the Irish Cancer Society by partaking in the Freezebrury challenge.
Freezbrury is a physical & psychological challenge that takes place annually, over the month of February.
The challenge is to get into the Irish Sea every day in February, adding a minute for every day. Therefore, Day 1 = 1 minute, Day 2 = 2 minutes, Day 15 will be 15 minutes etc.. all the way to day 29 as it’s a leap year, which will be 29 minutes in the sea!
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
Please find below more information about Irish Cancer Society: We are a community of patients, survivors, volunteers, supporters, health and social care professionals and researchers. Together we are transforming the experiences and outcomes of people affected by cancer through our advocacy, support services and research.
Thank you for making a difference
