Help bring some joy and relief to families less fortunate
Hey to all my friends and followers. It’s this time of the year again to Help bring a little joy to others less fortunate.......As most will know I lost my son Louis back in 2017. after that I have collected toys and donations in his name over the Christmas period as its a tough time for so many of us but for families with children with life threatening/terminal conditions this is exceptionally hard. To spend all the time working to cover bills as well as making hospital appointments i know how hard this can be. So this year i have again chosen "Snowdrop Trust" as they are a small based charity in Chichester, the operate in a 15 mile radious and has 100 children under their care. as well as collecting toys this year I also want to raise funds to pay for Amazon vouchers for older teenagers but also the charity pays fuel coupons to families that can not afford to drive to hospital appointments .
If anyone would like to also spread a little cheer by donating a gift please send to
Whitehart CrossFit, Station approach industrial estate, pulborough, West Sussex RH20 1AQ.
Gifts must be new due to hospital hygiene reason. Small toys, books, puzzles, small toiletries, cuddly toys, slipper socks, games etc. The age range will be babies-18, both boys & girls up to teenagers, they have asked for gifts not to be wrapped ideally. I will be taking the 8th collection on Friay 9th December. There were some fab ideas when we did this last time so hoping this year will be another success!!
For a lot of parents they have given up working to look after our sick child so to receive a small gift at a particularly difficult time can make a real difference. A small act of kindness can really lift someone’s spirits. Thank you
