- I'm an acquaintance of the family. Their son Thomas, who is 3 months old, was just recently diagnosed with acute leukemia. He will be undergoing chemotherapy for the next several months to a year (maybe more, but hopefully not). He is being treated at Rainbow Babies in Columbus. His parents and grandparents are splitting their time between home and the hospital. The parents have been out of work for over a month and will be out of work until Thomas is in remission and home. His grandparents are missing days of work to be there for Thomas and his parents.
- I am reaching out to family, friends, and the community by making this GoFundMe to help them with any expenses they are enduring. Please donate, whether it be $1 or $100; any help will be greatly appreciated.
- UPDATE: THOMAS IS DOING WELL EVEN WITH A COUPLE AET BACKS. HIS DOCTORS HAVE DONE TEST AND TOLD HIS PARRNTS HE IS CANCER FREE BUT WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE TREATMENTS OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS TO ENSURE THAT THE CANCER WILL NOT RETURN. THANK YOU TO THE DONORS THAT HAVE DONATED AND TO THOSE WHO WILL DONATE. THESE DONATIONS HAVE HELPED TO SEE THAT THOMAS MAKES ALL HIS APPOINTMENTS, THAT HIS PARENTS CAN BE THERE WITH HI. DURING THIS TIME AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WORK.
