My name is Thomas Solitro, and I am a Life Rank in Scout Troop 4044 Moorestown, which I have been a member of for 5 years. Please donate to my Eagle Scout Project, which will enhance the agricultural center of Farmers Against Hunger!

Farmers Against Hunger is a program of the New Jersey Agricultural Society aimed at reducing food insecurity and waste by increasing access to fresh and healthy produce for everyone in New Jersey. They work with local farmers and volunteers to harvest surplus crops and redistribute them to people in need.

My project will transform a plot of land on the grounds of the Farmers Against Hunger’s center in Delran into a pollinator garden and educational space. It will feature local wildflowers, a bench, a wheelchair-accessible pathway, and an informative sign about the featured plants and Farmers Against Hunger’s mission. Funds received will go towards materials for the project, including seeds and plants, as well as a printed sign.
