Thomas Ortega memorial
Donation protected
From Our family:
October 14, 2023 at approximately 8:30pm, Thomas Ortega and Lizz Mason Ortega, were in a tragic motorcycle accident on Amargosa Road, in Victorville, CA.
They were out for a ride on their motorcycle, when a car pulled out of a parking lot, in front of them. This caused them to collide with the car, causing Tommy’s fatal injuries on impact. Lizz succumbed to her injuries after being airlifted to a local hospital.
In the blink of an eye, our three grandchildren, Natalie 17, Anthony 15 and Alex 11, have had their worlds turned upside down. They have been uprooted from their home, their school, their friends, their pets, and the stability they were accustomed to. We are setting up this gofund to help ease the challenges that are ahead as well as help pay for Tommy’s funeral services.
Thank you in advance for your prayers, support and any financial help you can give.

From Natalie Ortega:
“My father, Thomas Ortega was born
on December 2, 1988. He faced many difficulties growing up, but I think the struggle helped him become the man he needed to be, on June 14, 2006. That is the day he found his first love, the day he became a father. I know he loved me deeply and absolutely adored all three of his children. It’ll be hard going on without him. But, that life is a reality now. Still, I know he’s in heaven, watching us and hoping for the best. We miss him so much. The provider, the lover, the fighter, our Papa Bear.
Please don’t take life for granted. Don’t take those you love for granted. Everyone is on a journey, and sometimes the best people have the hardest lives. My father loved his children. He loved his wife. He wore a tough exterior, but he was a sweet soul on the inside. He was a hard worker who would do anything for his kids. He was my whole world. My best friend. My father. My first love. Rest in peace, my father. I will cherish your memory forever.
Please help us to give my Dad the funeral we know he deserves. Any donation helps and is deeply appreciated. Also, please help us raise the funds we need by sharing this post. Go hug those you love. And forgive. As often as you have the opportunity.”
