In most of my adult life, I've planned on living a meaningful and intent filled life. I believed in the little guy from the start. And I never shied away from voicing what I thought was fair and righteous. After Trump won the EC, I was devastated and confused. Where did I live? Who were the people I was living around? My certainty about the world unraveled. That is where I was November 8th, but today I have clarity. Clear about my personal commitment to a "lifeway" practice which is based in clear intention, community engagement, and shared wisdom. This requires finding causes that speak to me and developing the resolve to stay committed to traverse the path.
I will be making a path with my millennial daughter to send a message to all those who voted to silence us. To all those who refused to see the potential and decency in their fellow citizens. To all those who choose scarcity over abundance. And to all those who were blinded and played small in this beautiful...exceptional human experience. I am bringing the light!
We will be using the sponsorship support to pay our way there, lodging and essentials, like winter jackets.
We welcome and need your support. Any excess monies will be donated to the Water Protectors in Iowa and Florida, as well as, Planned Parenthood.
