Ramadan is the month of mercy.

A month when rewards are multiplied.

A month when we are reminded that our wealth is a trust from Allah ﷻ.

Right now in Asia, there are widows with small children who have no provider. Mothers who go to sleep hungry so their children can eat. Families who are struggling just to survive. Children who want to learn the Qur’an but have no proper madarsa. Communities praying without a proper mosque.

This Ramadan, we are raising funds to:

• Provide food packs for struggling families

• Support widows who have no one to provide for them

• Help children who are suffering from hunger

• Contribute towards building a madarsa and a mosque

• Support Islamic education for underprivileged children

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The one who cares for a widow or a poor person is like the one who strives in the cause of Allah.”

(Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)

Imagine standing before Allah on the Day of Judgment and finding that your small donation fed a hungry child… supported a grieving mother… or helped build a house where His name is remembered.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven ears; in every ear is a hundred grains.”

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261)

Every £10, £20, or £50 could be the difference between hunger and hope.

Every brick placed in a mosque could be a source of ongoing reward (Sadaqah Jariyah). The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”

(Sahih Muslim)
