January 31, Marissa and I will compete in HYROX Phoenix. Unlike our first two, this race is about far more than earning a spot on the podium. We’re raising funds and awareness suicide prevention - specifically for The Dylan Schopp Sunshine Foundation.

This incredible organization brings light into the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges.

The Foundation was created in memory of Dylan “Sunshine” Schopp to spread positivity, hope, and suicide prevention awareness. Their work supports programs that educate and offer mental health services through partners like Henderson Behavioral Health, FISP, Mental Health America, America’s VetDogs, K9s for Warriors, and others making a real difference every day.

For me, this cause is deeply personal. I’ve lived through my own mental health journey. I’ve buried friends lost to suicide. And I know how powerful it is when people show up, speak out, and support one another.

Marissa and I are proud to train, sweat, and compete for those still fighting their battles in silence.
