This Kuya’s journey to be a yogi teacher

Hello there, I hope this message finds you well. I’m asking for your support to get my yoga certification. Most of you might know me more as an artist, youth educator, and CrossFit coach, but throughout my journey, I have learned various forms of yoga and I want to deepen this practice with my first yoga teacher training program. I have moved into the intersection of art and health and would love to have this skill to be able to confidently lead people through poses and breathwork.
