Iranian community in Ottawa pledges solidarity with Iranian men and women standing up for their human rights, freedom, equality and justice. We believe each endeavour would amplify our compatriot's voice and lead to sooner victory.

After constant effort and coordination with city mayor and some parliament MPs and helps from Woman.Life.Freedom Ottawa-Gatineau group, we got approval for an advocative poster on OC Transpo buses. posters are going to be on the back side of buses.

Each poster/bus at rate card is $295 per 4 weeks, we were able to get a discounted price for the poster at $200 each per 4 weeks.

The proposed quantity is 25 posters – On the 4 weeks run, however, after negotiation, we only pay for 20 posters and OC Transpo gives us 5 as a bonus. 4 weeks on 25 posters is $5,000 plus HST. We will pay 20 posters @ $200 each - $4,000 for 4 weeks and OC Transpo gives us 5 free for a total of 25 for $4,000

ADDITIONAL BONUS – OC Transpo will give us an additional 4 weeks at no charge, therefore we get 25 posters for 8 weeks for $4,000 this has a rate card value of $15,000 – 68% discount at $4000

THIS WILL GET IN FRONT OF APPROXIMATELY 150,000 CARS A DAY IN OTTAWA.

This work is being done with the help of PAND organization. PAND Settlement Services is a registered Charity organization in Canada (based in Ottawa, Ontario) serving Iranian and Farsi Speaking newcomers to Canada.

Donations go to PAND account and Tax receipts will be issued for the net amount of donations. If we can't reach the goal amount then the amount will either be refunded back to the contributors or be donated to PAND Settlement Services for community projects.
