Things Of MyVery Own Century Ride
Want to join me in making a difference?
I'm raising money to benefit Things of
My Very Own Inc, and any donation will help make an impact.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to
me
I signed up for three charity rides this
year but with the COVID situation as it is
all had been canceled. I ended up doing
two of the three century rides this year
and with the third being slated for the
end of October I thought this would be a
fantastic way to raise funds for a well
deserving organization.
Any other riders looking to join me can
do so as well. Just copy and paste this to your social media feed to help generate
even MORE donations.
This is a great way to help those in need while doing something we all love in the
process.
Can’t ride but still want to help out?
Hey, THANKS!!
Your donation and helping to spread the word is more than anyone can ask and is
sincerely appreciated!
What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for
it.... let it be something great.
So let’s kit up and hit it for the kids
More information about
Things of My Very Own Inc:
When a child escapes abuse within their home, they need support to weather the crisis, heal, and move forward. Things of My Very Own, Inc. is a lifeline for
children fleeing abuse. From providing
basic necessities to teaching life skills
that instill confidence and self-worth,
their services lift fragile children from a
place of harm to one of hope.
Things of My Very Own, Inc. is a
non-profit organization that provides
crisis intervention services to children:
Impacted by extensive abuse and/or
neglect.
At-risk of a Child Protective Services
intervention.
Their goal is to keep children together
with non-abusive family members and
out of the foster care system, whenever
possible.
The transition out of an abusive situation is often sudden and unexpected. Rarely
is a child able to return home to retrieve
belongings prior to their move. Things of My Very Own, Inc. recognizes the need
for children to have basic necessities and
things of their very own as soon as
possible, so they can begin their healing
process.
Founded by Rayn Boncie, herself a
survivor of abuse, Things of My Very
Own, Inc. has become a national model
for children’s crisis intervention services.
