A Small Act That Feeds Forever
In a few days ان شاء الله, me and my friends Saarim Kiani & Bilal Ali Khan & Hazrat Khan will be embarking on a journey our hearts have been longing for — the blessed journey of Umrah. A journey to the sacred lands where countless prayers rise, where tears fall in hope, and where hearts return lighter than they arrived.
As we prepare for this trip, we keep thinking about how the greatest blessings are not just in what we experience ourselves… but in the good we can share with others.
So this time, we want to take something meaningful with us — the opportunity to feed those who are in need.
For just £8, you can provide a meal for a family of 5.
Many people save for years and spend everything they have just to make it to Umrah, sometimes leaving them with little to afford even a simple meal.
This is more than just a meal. It’s relief for someone who may have little. It’s kindness in a sacred place. It’s a simple act that can carry immense barakah.
Some fasting during their worship on select days as part of the sunnah.
The Prophet ﷺ taught us that whoever feeds a fasting person will receive a reward like theirs, without it diminishing the fasting person’s reward in the slightest.
Imagine that — every fast they complete, every du’a they make while breaking their fast… you share in that reward.
If you would like to be part of this, you can donate whatever you are able. No amount is too small. Together, we can feed many and earn reward that lives on far beyond us.
May Allah accept this journey, accept your intentions, and make it a source of continuous reward for all of us.
If you’d like to contribute, please message me.
JazakAllah
