My name is Mohammad Hisham Hijazi. I am 35 years old and a father of a family of five.
We once lived a simple and safe life, but the war changed everything.
We lost our home, the place that brought us together and gave us protection. With it, we lost our sense of safety and stability. All that remains are memories and images of a house that no longer exists. Since then, we have been displaced multiple times, moving from one place to another in search of safety, until we finally ended up living in a tent that offers no protection from the freezing cold of winter or the unbearable heat of summer.
My family of five now struggles daily to secure the most basic necessities of life: food, clean drinking water, milk for the children, diapers, and essential supplies that have become extremely difficult to obtain due to the siege, rising prices, and the complete lack of income.
The greatest pain in our story is that we lost our father. He was our warm embrace and our true support. His passing left a deep emptiness in our lives and added an even heavier burden of responsibility and grief that we carry every single day.
I write these words while trying to stay strong for my family, but the truth is that the circumstances are far beyond what we can endure alone. For this reason, I am launching this campaign, humbly asking for your help to support us in securing our basic needs and to help us survive and remain steadfast with dignity.
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference in our lives. And if you are unable to donate, sharing our story may help our voice reach those who can help.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read our story. Your support and your prayers are the hope we hold on to.
