Treasurer's note:

The "Gamm Tau Alumni Association of Theta Xi Fraternity" is raising money in order to pay for our annual property taxes for lot 27 at 1405 Orlando Avenue on Greek Circle on the Texas Tech campus in Lubbock, TX. The 2022 property taxes for the land are about $800 and the annual lot lease is about $100 for a total of about $900. The recommended donation from each brother is only $20, but you're obviously welcome to donate as much as you'd like. Please donate to our Venmo to save us from paying fees to gofundme. The payment is due on April 29, 2022, so please don't wait and submit your donation today.

The Gamm Tau Alumni Association of Theta Xi Fraternity and all who enjoy their brotherhood and friendship.

What the funds will be used for:

The 2022 Property Taxes, the 2022 Lot Lease, and funds raised beyond our needs for this year will go towards our mortgage and future taxes or expenses.

How soon we need the funds:

April 29, 2022 is the deadline for the payment.

What the support will mean to us:

This will allow us to continue to own the lot that we have invested heavily in for the last ~17 years.
