Why TherapyHub.ie & Cycle Against Suicide
At TherapyHub.ie we are concerned with making mental healthcare easily accessible. However, we are aware of the need to provide supports in the community. We believe that education, peer support and awareness play a key part in mental wellbeing. For this reason, we have decided to take part in the Cycle Against Suicide 2021 event in September to support their community work. We also wanted to go on an adventure!

Who we are
We established TherapyHub.ie to help make counselling services more accessible to those in need. TherapyHub.ie is a secure and easy to use online platform which enables users to work with a therapist online. Clients can find out a little more about their counsellor, psychotherapist or psychologist, communicate with them in a number of ways, check their availability, make bookings, process payments easily and arrange live online sessions.
Cycle Against Suicide
Cycle Against Suicide is an awareness charity (CHY 20687) that makes a valuable contribution to the public education of mental health by changing the narrative surrounding suicide. In a bid to save more lives, Cycle Against Suicide, through its programmes, sets out to change culture and create a society that openly talks about suicide to allow people to speak up and seek help.
Cycle Against Suicide's evidence-based Schools' Programme – is designed as a whole-school approach to mental health. It supports mental health education in schools, reduces stigma, promotes resilience and fosters a sense of belonging among young people.
The Cycle Against Suicide Buddy programme is free peer support available to individuals. Peer support is emotional and practical support between two people who share a common experience, and/or lived experiences. It is founded on respect, shared responsibility and mutual agreement of what is helpful.
